"Helpful support when I was stressing a bit"
I had a question about my order and sent an email to support, not really expecting much right away. But they got back to me quickly and actually answered my question, instead of sending one of those generic copy-paste replies. The little issue I had was fixed the same day, which was a relief. Maybe they’ve got a really solid support team behind the scenes, because it felt way smoother than I expected. Definitely made the whole order feel less stressful.

"Return was easy overall"
I’m sure the warranty issue got sorted without much hassle. It did take a few days, but the return process was fairly easy in the end.

"Really good prices and worth it"
I found the parts here for cheaper than on other sites, and the shipping cost was fair too. Overall, I’m really happy with what I paid and don’t have any complaints

"In stock, but still delayed"
Ordered a part that showed in stock. Paid. Then got a delay notice. It did ship eventually and arrived fine. So, not terrible. Just annoying. Customer service replied, but didn’t say much. I’d maybe buy again, just not if I needed it fast

"Showed up right when they said it would"
I ordered a CPU cooler and a couple cables from Mike's Computer Shop, and the shipping estimate was 3-5 days. It ended up arriving on day 3, which was all I was hoping for, so...
The box looked fine, nothing crushed or weird, and the tracking kept updating along the way. It was a basic order, but everything went smoothly, and for stuff like this that's kind of the main thing.
